He designs each workout perfectly so you don't tire out too early, but you finish up feeling like you've given it your all. He's incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and will make micro adjustments to your form that drive efficiency. On top of that, he exudes a rare warmth and authenticity. Alex was my trainer for a year and a half and I hit so many goals that I didn't even know I was reaching for. I was trying for a chin up for YEARS. Within two months of training, I got my first one! Now I can string 4 in a row. I know that doesn't sound like much but it is! He has a way of making you feel confident and strong enough to go for any movement or higher weight. I have much bigger goals now that I would have never thought possible before training with him.
