A Fitness Trainer for over 7 years here in San Francisco.
I've worked at a variety of different gyms in my time here, logging hundreds of personal training hours and accumulating 300+ hours of coaching Group and CrossFit classes.
Currently the only CrossFit coach in San Francisco to hold a Level 3 distinction and is a Certified CrossFit Gymnastics Coach.
All my experience has made me an expert in creating custom programs for beginner and experienced athletes alike. My unique skill is developing newcomers to weight training and exercise and helping build a foundation for the rest of their lives.
As a competitive CrossFit athlete - i also provide custom training programs for the skills and fitness required in competing in the sport of fitness.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life physically and mentally and am really proud I have been able to help many others reach their goals and develop a healthy relationship with their fitness. I hope with all my experience I am able to provide the best program suitable for you and we can have some fun along the way.
